New auto trans modulator (governer) valve. This valve should fit all Datsun 240Z 260Z 280Z 280ZX 1970-83. This valve has thread diameter of 18mm if you want to check yours to make sure this is the right part. A new modulator might be needed if you trans is having soft/hard or eratic shifting.
