A kit to replace your stock front brake calipers on 1979-83 280ZX. The stock front calipers have not been readily available now for several years so we decided to make a stock replacement caliper kit to get your ZX back on the road. Simply bolt on these components and bleed the brakes and your on the road. This kit includes front calipers (similar to stock), OE type brake pads, custom mounting bracket with hardware and hoses. This kit works with stock 79-83 vented rotors. High strength class 10.9 bolts and locking nuts. This kit will require the removal of the metal backing plate (not used) and original calipers will not be used. Caliper will be relocated from the rear of the rotor to the front of the rotor. 14" and larger wheels will clear this caliper.
